【摘要】:焦石坝一期产建区水平井地质导向主要采用常规LWD技术,随着开发南移,地质条件更加复杂,常规LWD地质导向钻井技术由于测量盲区长、测量数据种类有限等原因,无法实现真正意义上的地质导向钻井。pathfinder近钻头地质导向钻井技术与常规LWD技术相比,能将测量盲区从13~17m缩短至1m以内,方便及时调整井眼轨迹;能让动态数据误差≤5%,可精确判断地层,以及定量和定性判断优质小层;能实时测得11项参数,以辅助判断工具在井筒中的工作状态。涪陵工区13口井的应用表明,该项技术的应用,有效突破了焦石坝边缘地区断裂发育、地层产状陡且变化快等复杂的地质条件给水平井地质导向带来的难点。
