低渗层试油井下管柱力学分析及工艺研究

【摘要】:石油作为一种重要资源在国民经济中有着不可替代的作用。目前对高压低渗油井的开发将成为可采储量重要增长点。但是由于高压低渗油藏开采难度的特殊性,给测试工具及井下管柱带来一系列新的难题和挑战。所以需要对高压低渗深井的试油管柱及试油测试工具进行优化研究,以确保施工过程的合理性及成功率。基于此背景,本文开展低渗层试油井下管柱力学分析及工艺研究具有重要的工程应用价值。(1)对高压低渗井的试油管柱进行工艺改进,研制一些能够满足高压低渗井施工的试油测试工具。(2)建立了高压低渗井试油管柱力学分析模型,对下放、上提解封和压裂三种工况进行了力学分析,得出三种工况均满足强度要求。(3)对一些符合低渗透油气田要求的低成本、易操作的排液方法进行研究;优选出水利泵排液技术作为低渗层排液方法进行施工。(4)针对高温高压低渗井封层,优化水泥浆配方,形成超深井注灰封层技术,优化高温高压差桥塞封层技术,研究了桥塞与水泥塞相结合的封层工艺,可实现桥塞坐封、填砂、注灰、验封等工序一趟管柱完成,达到井下长期封堵的目的。(5)将对高压低渗井的一系列工艺研究,应用至实际生产过程,通过实例井,验证所选择的管柱结构及设计的工具的合理性,管柱力学分析的正确性及工艺过程的可行性。
[Abstract]:As an important resource, petroleum plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy. At present, the development of high pressure and low permeability oil wells will become an important growth point of recoverable reserves. However, because of the particularity of exploitation difficulty in high pressure and low permeability reservoirs, it brings a series of new problems and challenges to test tools and downhole tubing string. In order to ensure the reasonableness and success rate of the construction process, it is necessary to optimize the oil test string and test tools of high pressure and low permeability deep wells. Based on this background, the mechanical analysis and technological research of downhole tubing string in low permeability layer have important engineering application value. Development of some testing tools for high pressure and low permeability wells. The mechanical analysis model of oil test string in high pressure and low permeability wells has been established. The mechanical analysis has been carried out under three working conditions: down-down, up-lift and unseal, and fracturing. The results show that the three working conditions all meet the intensity requirements.) some low cost and easy to operate liquid discharge methods that meet the requirements of low permeability oil and gas fields are studied. Select the water conservancy pump drainage technology as the low-permeability layer discharge method to carry on the construction. 4) in view of the high temperature and high pressure low permeability well sealing layer, optimizes the cement slurry formulation, forms the ultra-deep well ash injection sealing layer technology, optimizes the high temperature and high pressure differential bridge plug sealing technology, This paper studies the sealing technology of bridge plug and cement plug, which can realize the completion of pipe string once in the process of bridge plug sitting, sand filling, ash injection and seal checking, and achieve the purpose of long term plugging in downhole. A series of technical research on high pressure and low permeability well will be carried out. In the actual production process, the rationality of the selected pipe string structure and design tools, the correctness of the string mechanics analysis and the feasibility of the technological process are verified by an example well.
