合成气深度净化精脱硫剂的研究开发

【摘要】:采用混捏挤条制备了深度净化精脱硫剂,考察了使用温度、空速、水体积分数、CO_2体积分数及压力对深度精脱硫剂性能的影响,实验结果表明,50×10~(-6)水含量能满足脱硫精度,在1000×10~(-6)COS+5000×10~(-6)H_2O+3.5%CO_2+N_2,4000h-1,210℃,2.0MPa条件下,深度精脱硫剂质量硫容3.1%,能满足工业应用3年的要求。
[Abstract]:The effects of temperature, space velocity, water volume fraction and pressure on the performance of deep refined desulfurization agent were investigated. The experimental results showed that the water content of 50 脳 10 ~ (10) ~ (-6) water could meet the desulphurization accuracy.
