环境及涂层缺陷对管线钢电化学腐蚀的影响

【摘要】:系统总结了国内外有关环境及涂层缺陷两类因素对管线钢电化学腐蚀影响的研究结果,其中环境因素包括环境中阴阳离子、p H值、土壤电阻率、温度,涂层缺陷因素包括缺陷面积和缺陷形状。通过对比、分析相关研究结果,指出了目前存在的问题及可能的研究方向,以进一步丰富对电化学腐蚀的认识,同时为电化学腐蚀机理的研究和评判准则的建立提供参考。
[Abstract]:The effects of environmental and coating defects on electrochemical corrosion of pipeline steel are systematically summarized. The environmental factors include the pH value of anion and anion in the environment, soil resistivity, temperature, and so on. Coating defect factors include defect area and defect shape. By comparing and analyzing the related research results, this paper points out the existing problems and possible research directions, in order to further enrich the understanding of electrochemical corrosion, and provide a reference for the study of electrochemical corrosion mechanism and the establishment of evaluation criteria.
