泡沫钻井液携岩特性研究

【摘要】:泡沫钻井技术是欠平衡钻井技术的一个重要分支,近几十年来欠平衡压力钻井技术得到了较快的发展。欠平衡压力钻井技术是一项在钻井过程中,让钻井液的液柱压力低于底层孔隙压力所采用的技术。这项技术多适用于强水敏性地层,地层压力较低以及储集层能量衰竭速度快的油气藏及天然气、煤层气等气藏。与传统钻井液相比,泡沫钻井液具有密度较低并易调、滤失量小、携带岩屑能力强、腐蚀性低、抗盐性及稳定性好等特点。泡沫钻井技术,顾名思义是以泡沫作为循环介质,相对于传统的钻井循环介质,泡沫在流速分布更加均匀,携岩能力更强,其在环空中的流动特性也更为明显。对泡沫钻井技术的研究,目前尚未进行系统的实验研究,更没有成熟的理论体系。本文基于理论和实践,对于泡沫钻井液的性能进行深入研究,其中包括了其流动性能的基本规律,以及携岩能力等,以便泡沫钻井技术能更好的应用于实践。本次研究中,首先对泡沫的携岩能力进行了深入系统的分析,这一部分主要是建立在理论基础之上,进行简单的实验验证,为此特意设置了不同变量,然后利用环空携岩实验装置,实验了泡沫不同变量下对泡沫环空携岩效率高低的影响,并通过记录实验指标,测算得到了相应的实验数据,与理论分析的数据结果相对比,发现前后两者的结果基本吻合。通过对于理论知识的实验论证,使得泡沫钻井液的携岩性能有了更加清晰的认知,对下一步泡沫钻井技术的应用及推广起到了良好推动作用。
[Abstract]:Foam drilling technology is an important branch of underbalanced drilling technology, which has been developed rapidly in recent decades. Underbalanced pressure drilling is a technique used to make the fluid column pressure of drilling fluid lower than the bottom pore pressure during drilling. This technique is mostly suitable for oil and gas reservoirs with high water sensitivity, low formation pressure and fast energy depletion rate in reservoirs, such as natural gas and coalbed methane. Compared with traditional drilling fluid, foam drilling fluid has the characteristics of low density and easy to adjust, low filtration loss, strong ability to carry cuttings, low corrosion, good salt resistance and stability. Foam drilling technology, as the name implies, takes foam as circulation medium. Compared with traditional drilling circulation medium, foam has more uniform velocity distribution, stronger rock carrying capacity and more obvious flow characteristics in the annulus. The research on foam drilling technology has not been carried out systematic experimental research, let alone a mature theoretical system. Based on the theory and practice, the performance of foam drilling fluid is studied in this paper, including the basic law of its flow performance and rock carrying capacity, so that foam drilling technology can be better applied in practice. In this study, first of all, a deep and systematic analysis of the rock carrying capacity of foam is carried out. This part is mainly based on theory and simple experimental verification. For this reason, different variables are specially set up. Then, the influence of different foam variables on the carrying efficiency of foam annulus is tested by using an experimental device for carrying rock in annulus, and the corresponding experimental data are calculated and obtained by recording the experimental indexes, which are compared with the results of theoretical analysis. It was found that the results before and after the two were basically consistent. Through the experiment and demonstration of theoretical knowledge, the rock carrying performance of foam drilling fluid is more clearly recognized, and it plays a good role in promoting the application and popularization of foam drilling technology in the next step.
