某采油厂注水管网水力仿真模拟

【摘要】:油田注水管网的水力计算分析对管网改造、扩建,校核管网各节点压力数值、管段流量分配情况、管道摩阻系数,进行能耗分析,确保管网系统正常运行具有重要的意义。根据某采油厂环枝状注水管网的特点,采用节点法原理,建立了环枝状管网水力计算模型,并提出了改进的边界条件处理方法,此模型具有较强适应性,能满足环状、枝状以及环枝状管网不同边界条件下的水力计算需求,且计算速度快。根据此模型编制水力计算仿真软件并应用于某采油厂注水管网,与现场实际数据对比后得出配水间压力计算平均误差为2.98%,注水站流量计算平均误差为3.32%,计算结果表明该模型能满足工程需要。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic calculation and analysis of oil field water injection pipe network is of great significance to network reconstruction, expansion, check pipe network node pressure value, pipe flow distribution, pipe friction coefficient, energy consumption analysis, to ensure the normal operation of the pipe network system. According to the characteristics of ring branch water injection pipe network in a certain oil production plant, the hydraulic calculation model of ring branch pipe network is established by using the principle of node method, and the improved boundary condition treatment method is put forward. The model has strong adaptability and can satisfy the annular shape. Under different boundary conditions, the demand for hydraulic calculation of branched and annular branch pipe networks is fast. According to this model, the hydraulic simulation software is compiled and applied to the water injection pipe network of a certain oil production plant. Compared with the actual data, the average error of pressure calculation is 2.98 and the average error of flow calculation of water injection station is 3.32. The calculation results show that the model can meet the engineering needs.
