基于模糊控制的钻机飞轮储能调峰控制系统

【摘要】:石油钻机是石油行业钻井勘探的重要设备,但是长期存在柴油机燃油经济性低、冲击负荷影响柴油机寿命等问题。而飞轮储能调峰系统能够有效地解决上述问题,并起到节能减排的作用。将模糊控制方法应用到飞轮储能调峰系统控制中,可以使系统快速响应负荷变化,理论上可减少一台柴油机的运行。测试结果表明提出模糊控制方法在响应、超调、调整补偿等方面更具优势,效果更好。
[Abstract]:Oil drilling rig is an important equipment for drilling exploration in petroleum industry, but there are many problems such as low fuel economy of diesel engine and impact load affecting the life of diesel engine for a long time. The flywheel energy storage and peak-shaving system can effectively solve the above problems and play the role of energy saving and emission reduction. Applying fuzzy control method to the control of flywheel energy storage and peak-shaving system can make the system respond quickly to load changes and theoretically reduce the operation of a diesel engine. The test results show that the fuzzy control method has more advantages and better results in response, overshoot, adjustment and compensation.
