油气回收技术的若干关键问题

【摘要】:随着油气污染控制范围的全域化及其控制指标更加严格、油气回收设备有效性的监管力度更大,油气回收技术面临着新的挑战。回顾了油气回收行业的发展历程,从宏观、微观上对油气回收技术面临的一系列关键问题及解决方案进行分析,指出了技术研发的理念、方向、重点及热点,明确了新形势下油气回收技术精细化研发的内涵与内容,建议从排放源追踪、关键功能材料研发、集成回收工艺优化、专家管理系统建立等多方面协同研究油气污染全过程控制、分离净化及资源化利用的基础理论、关键技术及成套装备。同时,对油气回收管理层面提出了相关建议,以期促进中国油气回收技术的科技进步及高效利用,从而更好地满足国家、行业及地方科技发展与社会经济发展的需求。
[Abstract]:With the restriction of the scope of oil and gas pollution control and its control index, the effectiveness of oil and gas recovery equipment is being supervised more strongly, and the technology of oil and gas recovery is facing new challenges. This paper reviews the development course of oil and gas recovery industry, analyzes a series of key problems and solutions faced by oil and gas recovery technology from macroscopic and micro aspects, and points out the concept, direction, emphasis and hot spot of technology development. The connotation and content of the refined research and development of oil and gas recovery technology under the new situation are clarified. It is suggested to optimize the integrated recovery process from the emission source tracing, the research and development of key functional materials, and the optimization of integrated recovery process. The basic theory, key technology and complete sets of equipment for the whole process control, separation, purification and utilization of oil and gas pollution are studied in various aspects, such as the establishment of expert management system and so on. At the same time, some suggestions on the management of oil and gas recovery are put forward in order to promote the scientific and technological progress and efficient utilization of oil and gas recovery technology in China, so as to better meet the needs of national, industrial and local scientific and technological development and social and economic development.
