郑庄区块煤层气低产井增产技术研究

【摘要】:山西沁水盆地郑庄区块经过多年开发,目前已初具规模。但是随着排采持续进行,部分生产井产量已经呈现明显下滑的态势。针对低产原因,从地质构造(断层、陷落柱)以及工程施工(压裂液、压裂参数)2个方面对排采井低产原因进行深入分析,提出现场施工采用活性水压裂液以及采用变排量施工工艺,尤其针对埋深大、渗透率极低的低产井提出"大液量、大砂量、变排量"压裂工艺,确保储层改造达到预期的效果。由于煤层堵塞导致生产井产量下降,建议采用解堵性二次水力压裂改造措施,并且在郑庄区块首次实施微生物解堵的实验性措施,探索了该技术在郑庄区块低产井治理中的有效性。
[Abstract]:Shanxi Qinshui basin Zhengzhuang block after years of development, has begun to take shape. However, with the continuous production, the production of some production wells has shown a significant decline. In view of the causes of low production, the causes of low production of drainage and production wells are analyzed from two aspects: geological structure (fault, collapse column) and engineering construction (fracturing fluid, fracturing parameters). It is put forward that the active water fracturing fluid and variable displacement operation technology are adopted in the field operation, especially for the low production wells with large buried depth and extremely low permeability. The fracturing technology of "large fluid quantity, large sand quantity and variable displacement rate" is put forward to ensure the reservoir reconstruction to achieve the expected effect. Because the production of production wells is decreased due to the blockage of coal seam, it is suggested that the measures of secondary hydraulic fracturing should be adopted, and the experimental measures of microbial plugging removal should be carried out for the first time in Zhengzhuang block. The effectiveness of this technique in the treatment of low production wells in Zhengzhuang block is explored.
