全电动智能井系统井下测控智能节点技术研究

【摘要】:智能井技术能控制同一井眼不同地层或层段的流体,从而实现油气藏的有选择、有控制的开采,不仅能提高单井产量,而且能最终提高油田的采收率。针对国内小井眼井井下地层流体控制的迫切需要,研制一种能在''521井眼中下入的井下流体控制装置,其应用前景广阔。论文针对全电动智能井系统井下智能节点的高温工作问题和微型化问题,经过四轮研究设计-测试-改进的工作过程,完成了一套全电动智能井系统原理样机的研制工作,主要研究成果如下:1.针对井下工作环境温度高、空间狭小、电源电压变化范围宽的现实要求,完成了井下智能节点的电源电路设计和改进,最终的单元测试表明,在温度20℃~125℃、16V~48V的宽输入电压范围内,电源纹波不大于150mV。2.筛选了一批封装尺寸小、工作温度高的核心芯片,完成了井下温度、压力、电机电压等参数测量模块的软硬件设计和阀门电机的驱动电路设计。3.根据地面监控系统与井下智能节点的通信需求,设计了全电动智能井系统的CAN总线通信网络,完成了其软硬件设计和调试,通信速率可达50kps。基于VB编程环境,设计了具有参数显示、数据存储、阀门开度设定等功能的地面监控软件。4.完成了井下智能节点、ICV、阀门开度测量等模块的总成装配,制成了测量准确、控制可靠、双向数据传输的全电动智能井系统原理样机。对原理样机的测试表明:井下智能节点可封装于直径Φ25mm的电子仓内;在125℃温度时,其工作稳定、测控传功能正常;地面监控平台能实时获取和存储井下智能节点上传的数据,亦可实现对ICV的远程控制,且ICV动作灵活,工作可靠,原理样机的功能和性能均满足设计要求。这些研究工作为进一步研究全电动智能井技术提供了有益参考。
[Abstract]:The intelligent well technology can control the fluid in different formation or interval of the same hole, thus realize the selective and controlled exploitation of oil and gas reservoir, which can not only increase the production rate of single well, but also improve the recovery factor of oil field. In view of the urgent need of downhole formation fluid control in small borehole wells in China, a downhole fluid control device which can be used in the hole of Yinjian 521 well is developed, which has a broad application prospect. Aiming at the problem of high temperature working and miniaturization of the intelligent node in the downhole of all-electric intelligent well system, after four rounds of research, design-test and improvement, a set of all-electric intelligent well system principle prototype is developed in this paper. The main research results are as follows: 1. In order to meet the practical requirements of high temperature, narrow space and wide range of power supply voltage variation in underground working environment, the design and improvement of power supply circuit of underground intelligent node are completed.
