HYDJ125 BOP移动系统设计研究

【摘要】:石油资源勘探开发从陆地转向海洋、浅海转向深海已成必然趋势。海洋石油装备作为支持海洋石油发展的重要基础,海洋石油装备市场势必迎来广阔的发展空间。在未来相当长的一段时间内,国际海洋石油装备市场将持续成为世界经济的热点。从业务特点和产品种类来看,中国还处于制造低端产品的第三阵营。BOP(BLOW-OUKN PREVENKNER)重要的井控设备—BOP移运系统,用于海洋石油钻井平台海上防喷器的安装,国际BOP移运系统市场需求增长迅速。目前,由于技术垄断和产品需求等各种原因,国内400英尺及以上海洋钻井平台配套的BOP移运系统完全依赖于采购国外产品,还没有研制出具有独立自主知识产权的BOP移运系统。迅速研究出具有我国自主知识产权的BOP移运系统,是我国海洋石油勘探开发的当务之急。在此背景下,本论文设计研发了一套125kNBOP运移系统。主要完成了以下几方面的工作:1.BOP移运系统结构设计。根据设备的现场使用要求,并且参考市场上现有设备的使用情况,制定了设备的主要参数和设计了设备主体结构。2.对系统中负荷最大,结构最复杂的125KN BOP液压双梁桥式起重机进行了有限元分析,保证其可靠性。3.完成对设备液压系统的设计,完成液压原理图纸。4.完成了设备电气系统设计,编写PLC程序,完成操作界面的设计。5.设计设备静态实验方案。本论文所设计的BOP移运装置,适用于400英尺自升式钻井平台项目使用的防喷器吊装。它的设计完成,打破了国外发达国家对我国海洋装备高新技术的垄断;提升了我国对BOP移运系统设计能力;保障了国内BOP移运系统建造的技术支持,加快了中国石油海洋勘探装备制造业的前进步伐,为我国的能源安全做出贡献。
[Abstract]:Exploration and development of petroleum resources from land to sea, shallow water to the deep sea has become an inevitable trend. Offshore oil equipment as an important foundation to support the development of offshore oil, offshore oil equipment market is bound to usher in a broad space for development. For a long time in the future, the international offshore oil equipment market will continue to be a hot spot in the world economy. From the point of view of business characteristics and product types, China is still in the third camp of manufacturing low-end products. BOP BLOW-OUKN PREVENKNER-an important well control equipment -BOP transportation system is used for the installation of offshore blowout preventer for offshore oil drilling platforms. The international BOP transportation system market demand grows rapidly. At present, due to various reasons such as technology monopoly and product demand, the BOP transportation system for offshore drilling platforms over 400 feet in China is completely dependent on the purchase of foreign products, and no independent intellectual property BOP migration system has been developed. It is an urgent task for offshore oil exploration and development in China to rapidly develop the BOP system with independent intellectual property rights in China. Under this background, this paper designs and develops a 125kNBOP migration system. The main work is as follows: 1. BOP system structure design. According to the requirements of field use of the equipment and referring to the use of the existing equipment in the market, the main parameters of the equipment and the main structure of the equipment. 2. The 125KN BOP hydraulic double beam bridge crane with the largest load and the most complicated structure is analyzed by finite element method to ensure its reliability. Complete the design of the equipment hydraulic system, complete the hydraulic principle drawing. 4. Completed the equipment electrical system design, write PLC program, complete the operation interface design. 5. Design the static experiment scheme of equipment. The BOP device designed in this paper is suitable for BOP hoisting of 400-foot jack-up drilling platform. The completion of its design has broken the monopoly of foreign developed countries on the high and new technology of marine equipment in our country; enhanced the design capability of BOP transportation system in our country; guaranteed the technical support for the construction of domestic BOP transportation system. It has accelerated the progress of China's offshore equipment manufacturing industry and contributed to China's energy security.
