水力压裂用混砂车输砂装置研究

【摘要】:混砂车的主要作用是:混合、搅拌以及输送水力压裂作业所需要的砂体等物质。在生产井压裂作业过程中,作业结果的好坏被混砂车的一些主要参数是否满足施工要求所影响,作为混砂车关键部件--输砂系统主要责任是为混砂车输送原料,同时需要精确的计量,计量是否精准会直接影响到这个压裂作业的结果。本论文通过对大倾角螺旋输送机输送原理及结构特点的分析确定了混砂车的参数:转速、倾角、螺距、叶片直径和螺旋轴直径对输砂效率的影响,通过对振动理论分析确定了混砂车输砂装置关键部件螺旋轴的固有频率与螺旋体扰度,并采用数值分析方法校核其强度与稳定性,对比分析等螺距与变螺距条件下螺旋输送机的参数选择方案从而优化了螺距并应用ANSYS软件对混砂车输砂装置主要结构的动态性能,影响因素等问题进行了分析和论诉,通过对转速、倾角、螺距、叶片直径和螺旋轴直径对输砂效率的影响分析并利用正交原理,设计实验方案,从而得出提高输砂效率的最佳方案。
[Abstract]:The main functions of sand mixer are mixing, stirring and conveying sand body for hydraulic fracturing. In the process of production well fracturing, the quality of the operation result is affected by whether some main parameters of the sand mixer meet the construction requirements. As the key component of the sand mixing truck, the main responsibility of the sand transportation system is to transport raw materials for the sand mixer. At the same time, the need for accurate measurement, whether accurate measurement will directly affect the results of the fracturing operation. Based on the analysis of the conveying principle and structural characteristics of the large inclination screw conveyor, this paper determines the influence of the parameters of the sand mixing vehicle: rotational speed, inclination angle, pitch, blade diameter and helical shaft diameter on the sand transport efficiency. By analyzing the vibration theory, the natural frequency and the disturbance degree of the helical shaft, the key component of the sand conveyer, are determined, and the strength and stability of the screw shaft are checked by the numerical analysis method. By comparing and analyzing the parameter selection scheme of screw conveyor under the condition of equal pitch and variable pitch, this paper optimizes the pitch of screw, and applies ANSYS software to analyze and discuss the dynamic performance and influence factors of the main structure of sand conveyer of sand mixing vehicle. By analyzing the influence of rotating speed, inclination angle, pitch, blade diameter and helical axis diameter on sand transport efficiency, and using orthogonal principle, the experimental scheme is designed, and the best scheme for improving sand transport efficiency is obtained.
