长3储层复合防垢剂的筛选及性能评价

【摘要】：针对长3储层注水结垢问题,选取9种防垢剂测试了其在不同温度和加量时的防垢效果,通过正交试验优化了配方组成,考察了防垢剂在地层水和注入水的混合水样中的防垢效果。优选出复合防垢剂SCA的配方组成为:w_((PPMA))∶w_((PMPA))∶w_((PASP))=1∶2∶2。在70℃、加量为30mg/L和55℃、加量为15mg/L时,复合防垢剂在地层水中的防垢率分别为97.94%和98.50%;55℃下在不同比例的注入水和地层水的混合水样中加入15mg/L的SCA未见垢产生。
[Abstract]:In view of scaling problem of water injection in Chang 3 reservoir, 9 kinds of scale inhibitor were selected to test the scale inhibition effect at different temperature and dosage, and the formula composition was optimized by orthogonal test.
