催化裂化催化剂尾气成套处理技术的开发和应用

【摘要】:催化裂化催化剂制备过程中产生的三股尾气,都不能完全达到现行的尾气国家排放标准。本文通过优化焙烧尾气治理系统的喷淋水量和喷淋覆盖面积,延长尾气在吸收塔的停留时间,改善吸收效果,在一级急冷+一级吸收工艺的基础上,开发了一级急冷+二级吸收尾气处理技术,该技术应用于催化裂化催化剂焙烧尾气的治理;通过对尾气治理技术的比选和对一级急冷+二级吸收处理技术的优化、工业运行数据分析,确定了催化剂气流干燥尾气使用干式、湿式相结合的布袋除尘器+一级急冷+二级吸收的处理工艺;针对催化剂喷雾干燥尾气进行了一级急冷+二级吸收处理技术的优化试验、湍冲逆喷动力波试验和吸收水中物料回用试验,确定了喷雾干燥尾气使用湍冲逆喷动力波+文丘里洗涤工艺。催化裂化尾气治理成套技术工业应用后,通过不断优化动改,各套尾气系统都达到了长周期稳定运行的要求,生产过程中产生的尾气都完全达标排放,粉尘排放浓度不仅满足≤120毫克/立方米的国家排放标准,而且达到≤30毫克/立方米的地方政府要求。其中,动力波+文丘里洗涤技术、脉冲袋式除尘器+一级急冷+二级吸收技术在其它三套催化剂装置成功进行了推广应用,使催化剂齐鲁分公司的催化剂生产装置的尾气粉尘含量都达到了地方排放标准,保证了企业的正常生产和可持续发展;而且,实现了气流干燥尾气余热和喷雾尾气吸收水中物料的回收利用,提高了催化剂装置的收率,降低了生产成本和能耗。
[Abstract]:The three streams of tail gas produced during the preparation of FCC catalyst can not fully meet the current national emission standards. In this paper, the spray water quantity and spray coverage area of roasting tail gas treatment system are optimized, the residence time of tail gas in the absorption tower is prolonged, and the absorption effect is improved. This technology was applied to the treatment of catalytic cracking catalyst roasting tail gas, and the comparison and selection of the tail gas treatment technology and the optimization of the first stage rapid cooling secondary absorption treatment technology were carried out. Based on the analysis of industrial operation data, the treatment process of first-order rapid cooling and second-order absorption of catalyst air-flow drying tail gas was determined by combining dry and wet bag dust catcher. In this paper, the optimization test of first-order and second-order absorption treatment technology for tail gas of catalyst spray drying, the dynamic wave test of turbulent backflow spray and the reuse test of absorbing water material were carried out. The spray-drying tail gas was washed by turbulent inverse spray power wave Venturi. After the industrial application of the complete set of technology for treating FCC tail gas, through continuous optimization and modification, each set of tail gas systems has met the requirements of long-term stable operation, and the tail gas produced in the production process has completely reached the standard of discharge.
