无土相水基钻井液超分子增黏提切剂的研制

【摘要】:增黏提切剂是控制无土相水基钻井液流变性能的关键处理剂,通过将超分子网状结构引入聚合物中,利用胶束聚合物合成一种超分子增黏提切剂CZN,并评价其性能。结果表明:CZN具有明显的超分子网状结构,有较好的增黏提切性和剪切稀释性,表观黏度、动塑比要远高于同浓度的PAM;具有较好的抗温性和实用性。以CZN为增黏提切剂配置了无固相聚膜钻井液体系,现场应用表明,该钻井液可有效携带井底岩屑,保证顺利钻进。该技术可为提高复杂地层钻井效率提供技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Viscosifier is a key agent for controlling rheological properties of soilless water-based drilling fluid. By introducing supramolecular network structure into polymer, a supramolecular tackifying agent CZN is synthesized by micellar polymer and its properties are evaluated. The results show that: CZN has obvious supramolecular network structure, good viscosity and shear dilution, apparent viscosity, dynamic plastic ratio is much higher than PAM of the same concentration, and has better temperature resistance and practicability. Using CZN as viscosity increasing agent, the drilling fluid system without solid polymer film is set up. The field application shows that the drilling fluid can effectively carry the bottom hole cuttings and ensure the smooth drilling. This technology can provide technical support for improving drilling efficiency of complex formation.
