水力振荡器振动特性的影响因素

【摘要】:为了合理分析水力振荡器的振动特性影响因素,文中根据水力振荡器在井下的实际工况,通过条件假设、模型简化,建立了关于水力振荡器井下工具组合的振动分析模型,选取合适的钻井参数,分析得到水力振荡器在静阀板中心孔直径不同、相对钻头的安放位置不同时的振动特性。通过室内实验与下井试验,进一步分析这2个重要参数对工具振动特性的影响。研究表明:随着静阀板中心孔直径的增大,水力振荡器的振动位移和振动速度均逐渐减小;随着安放位置与钻头距离的增大,水力振荡器的振动位移和振动速度均逐渐增大。研究结果对下井工艺的应用具有重要指导意义。
[Abstract]:In order to reasonably analyze the factors affecting the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic oscillator, according to the actual working conditions of the hydraulic oscillator in the underground, the vibration analysis model of the hydraulic oscillator downhole tool combination is established by the assumption of the conditions and the simplification of the model. By selecting appropriate drilling parameters, the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic oscillator with different diameter in the center hole of the static valve plate and different placement position relative to the bit are obtained. The effects of these two important parameters on the vibration characteristics of the tool are further analyzed through laboratory and downhole tests. The results show that the vibration displacement and velocity of the hydraulic oscillator decrease gradually with the increase of the diameter of the center hole of the static valve plate, and the vibration displacement and velocity of the hydraulic oscillator increase with the increase of the distance between the placement position and the bit. The results are of great significance to the application of downhole technology.
