固体碱氢氧化钡的制备及催化蓖麻油酯交换制备生物柴油的研究

【摘要】:以Ba(OH)_2·8H_2O为前体,通过两段真空加热脱水法制备了固体碱催化剂氢氧化钡。采用热重分析和X射线衍射分析技术进行催化剂的表征。以蓖麻油为原料,通过单因素实验考察了氢氧化钡的催化活性。结果表明:真空加热脱水第一阶段温度应选择70℃,第二阶段温度应选择150℃;催化剂前体Ba(OH)_2·8H_2O经第一阶段的真空加热脱水处理全部转化为β-Ba(OH)_2·H_2O,再经第二阶段的真空加热脱水处理全部转化为β-Ba(OH)_2;在蓖麻油的酯交换反应中,在醇油摩尔比9∶1、催化剂用量2%、反应温度60℃、反应时间30 min条件下,转化率为93.80%,且固体碱氢氧化钡在此最优条件下重复使用4次时,转化率仍超过80%。
[Abstract]:Barium hydroxide, a solid base catalyst, was prepared by two-stage vacuum heating dehydration with BaOHH _ 2O as precursor. The catalyst was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction. The catalytic activity of barium hydroxide was investigated by single factor experiment using castor oil as raw material.
