抽油机变频节能控制实验平台开发

【摘要】:根据游梁式抽油机的工作特点,开发了一套抽油机变频节能控制实验平台。该实验平台基于交-直-交变换主电路,以dsPIC30F4011为控制核心,采用正弦波脉宽调制控制技术实现抽油机软启停,以及根据汲油率进行上、下冲程变频调速控制和"倒发电"时的馈能吸收再利用,从而达到节能增效的目的。该实验平台集成了开关电源、控制单元、键盘显示、检测与保护和功率模块驱动等功能单元,综合应用了电力电子、交流调速及计算机测控等相关专业知识,有助于学生深入学习和理解变频节能技术在抽油机采油中的应用及其控制系统设计方法,有利于培养和提高学生的工程实践能力。
[Abstract]:According to the working characteristics of beam pumping unit, a set of experimental platform of frequency conversion and energy saving control for pumping unit is developed. This experiment platform is based on the main circuit of AC-DC-AC transform, and takes dsPIC30F4011 as the control core. The sine wave pulse width modulation control technology is used to realize the soft start and stop of the pumping unit and the oil swabbing rate is used. In order to save energy and increase efficiency, the down stroke variable frequency speed control and feed-energy absorption and reuse in backward generation can be achieved. The experimental platform integrates switch power supply, control unit, keyboard display, detection and protection and power module drive, etc., and integrates relevant professional knowledge such as power electronics, AC speed regulation and computer measurement and control, etc. It is helpful for students to learn and understand the application of frequency conversion and energy saving technology in pumping unit oil recovery and the design method of control system. It is helpful to cultivate and improve the students' engineering practice ability.
