扶余油田化学堵水技术研究

【摘要】:扶余油田储层非均质性强,层间矛盾突出,现阶段无效水循环严重,调堵能缓解扶余油田开发矛盾,保持地下存水率,实现稳产。多年来实现油井控水主要采取机械堵水,但存在工艺生产管理难度大,重复堵水工作量大,改善平面矛盾受限,套变井实施困难,解封困难,影响挖潜,无法调整产出剖面等弊端,因此化学堵水是堵水技术的发展方向。化学堵水技术具有实施便捷、实施规模小、周期短、适应性广、成本低、见效快等优势,可以有效封堵高渗层,调整吸水剖面,提高波及效率,提高产油量。目前,常用的堵水体系主要有聚合物凝胶、预交联体膨颗粒、聚合物微球、泡沫等,这些体系在低温油藏(70℃以下)有着较好的堵水效果,并得到广泛应用。针对化学水泥堵水配套工艺所出现的问题,开展了扶余油田化学堵剂筛选、堵剂用量选取、注入配套工艺研究和由机械堵水直接转化为化学堵水、专用水泥堵水管柱的研究等技术攻关,确保化学堵水技术能够规模应用,最终达到化学堵水工艺低风险、低成本、长有效期的目的。2013年在扶余油田开展了10口井新型堵水配套工艺前期试验,取得了较好的效果和新的认识。
[Abstract]:The reservoir heterogeneity of Fuyu oilfield is strong, the contradiction between layers is prominent, the invalid water circulation is serious at the present stage, the adjustment of plugging can alleviate the contradiction of Fuyu oilfield development, maintain the underground water storage rate, and realize stable production. For many years, mechanical water shutoff is the main method to realize water control in oil wells. However, it is difficult to manage the process production, heavy workload of repeated water shutoff, limited improvement of plane contradiction, difficulty in the implementation of casing variation wells, difficulty in unsealing and affecting the tapping of potential. The production profile cannot be adjusted, so chemical water shutoff is the development direction of water shutoff technology. Chemical water plugging technology has the advantages of convenient implementation, small scale, short period, wide adaptability, low cost and quick effect. It can effectively block the high permeability layer, adjust the water absorption profile, improve the sweep efficiency and increase the oil production. At present, the commonly used water shutoff systems mainly include polymer gel, pre-crosslinked expanded particles, polymer microspheres, foam and so on.
