电絮凝技术对水包油型乳化液破乳的实验研究

【摘要】:采用电絮凝技术对模拟乳液进行破乳,考察初始温度、电流密度、搅拌速率对除油效果的影响,以除油率均匀性指数,评价破乳效率,并修正成本消耗公式。结果表明,电流密度增大时,除油均匀性指数先显著上升后变化缓慢,但成本消耗先增长缓慢而后显著上升。不搅拌时,初始温度25℃下,电流密度100 A/m~2,18 min的破乳效果最优;除油率均匀指数99.1%,Al的消耗量0.09 g/g,能量消耗量1.03 k Wh/kg。
[Abstract]:The effects of initial temperature, current density and agitation rate on the oil removal efficiency were investigated by using the electroflocculation technique. The demulsification efficiency was evaluated and the cost consumption formula was revised according to the homogeneity index of the oil removal rate. The results show that when the current density increases, the oil removal uniformity index firstly increases significantly and then changes slowly, but the cost consumption increases slowly first and then increases significantly.
