天然气的脱硫净化研究

【摘要】:天然气作为一种CO_2等污染物排放较少、能量利用率高和热值较高的清洁能源,越来越受世界各国的重视。天然气中所含的酸性组分H_2S不仅会造成环境污染,还会带来催化剂中毒、金属设备的腐蚀及影响天然气的热值等问题。因而在天然气的运输与利用之前,必须将H_2S从天然气中脱除。环状胺脱硫剂是一种新兴的液体脱硫剂,其合成简便、成本低廉、空间占用率低、可直接注入、脱硫效率高,在众多脱硫剂中占有不可替代的地位。目前环状胺脱硫剂已得到越来越广泛的关注,但国内相关研究较少。本课题对TMT、HET、HPT这三种环状醇胺脱硫剂的脱硫效果进行了评价。考察了浓度对脱硫剂脱硫性能的影响,研究了MOPA、CBHA这两种添加剂对硫容量的影响。结果表明,HET的瞬时脱硫速率和硫容量均显著优于另外两种。同一种脱硫剂,在不同浓度下的脱硫性能都表现出先上升后下降的趋势。MOPA、CBHA对HET溶液的硫容量均有促进作用。以环状胺类化合物为主剂,通过加入添加剂改善脱硫性能,配制成SR-1和HN-1两种复合环状胺脱硫剂。考察了这两种脱硫剂在不同温度和不同硫化氢浓度下的脱硫性能。当H_2S浓度在200~1000 ppm,温度在3~45℃范围内,使用体积为1mL的SR-1脱硫剂可脱除0.585~7.123 mg的H_2S。当H_2S浓度在200~1000 ppm,温度在3~45℃范围内,1mL的HN-1脱硫剂可脱除2.637~13.878 mg的H_2S。在现场脱硫实验中,1mL的HN-1脱硫剂可脱除3.64~4.86 mg的H_2S。
[Abstract]:Natural gas, as a clean energy with less emission of CO-2 and other pollutants, high energy efficiency and high calorific value, has been paid more and more attention by countries all over the world. The acid component H _ 2S in natural gas will not only cause environmental pollution, but also lead to the poisoning of catalyst, corrosion of metal equipment and influence on the calorific value of natural gas. Therefore, H _ 2S must be removed from natural gas before its transportation and utilization. Cycloamine desulfurizer is a new kind of liquid desulphurizer, which has the advantages of simple synthesis, low cost, low space occupancy, direct injection, high desulfurization efficiency, and plays an irreplaceable role in many desulphurizers. At present, cyclic amine desulfurizer has been paid more and more attention, but there are few related researches in China. In this paper, the desulfurization effect of three cyclic alcohol amine desulfurizers, TMTHETH HPT, was evaluated. The influence of concentration on desulfurization performance of desulphurizer and the effect of two additives, MOPA-CBHA, on sulfur capacity were investigated. The results showed that the instantaneous desulphurization rate and sulfur capacity of HET were significantly better than those of the other two. The desulfurization performance of the same desulfurizer at different concentrations showed a tendency of first rising and then decreasing. MOPACBHA promoted the sulfur capacity of HET solution. Two kinds of complex cyclic amine desulfurizer SR-1 and HN-1 were prepared by adding additives to improve desulfurization performance. The desulphurization properties of these two desulfurizers at different temperatures and different hydrogen sulfide concentrations were investigated.
