超临界水中基于重芳烃自组装的重质油脱金属

【摘要】:在温度653和663K、水密度0.10~.30g/cm~3、和水油比2:1~6:1(vol.)的超临界水(supercritical water,SCW)环境中实验研究了重质油的热裂化,对于反应产物进行表征和集总反应动力学分析。实验结果表明在较高的水密度和水油比条件下,重质油的热裂化从传统的油相转移到SCW水相过程中。相较于在油相中的裂化,重质油在SCW环境中裂化速率显著提高,并且这种加速效应受到水热力学条件的影响。受芳香片层之间π-π相互作用和SCW良好的分散作用的影响,富含金属的重芳烃能够快速在SCW环境中发生不同规模的聚集和自组装。芳烃在SCW中的自组装行为不仅取决于SCW的热力学状态,也受到芳烃分子规模的影响。重质油各组分中重芳烃具有较大的分子规模和较高的稠环度,同时耦合重质油中含有的绝大部分金属,得益于在SCW环境中较强的自组装趋势,富含Ni和V的最重芳烃在SCW中优先发生团聚及缩合。在重芳烃发生优先缩合的同时将含Ni和V的组分优先从液相产物中分离出去。由于芳烃差异化的类焦自组装趋势,在SCW中进行的重质油裂化能够获得良好的金属脱除率和高液收率。
[Abstract]:At temperatures of 653 and 663K, the density of water is 0.10g / cm ~ (-3), and the ratio of water to oil is 2: 1: 6: 1 (vol.). The thermal cracking of heavy oil was studied experimentally in supercritical water environment. The reaction products were characterized and the lumped reaction kinetics was analyzed. The experimental results show that the thermal cracking of heavy oil is transferred from traditional oil phase to SCW water phase at high water density and water-oil ratio. The cracking rate of heavy oil in SCW environment was significantly higher than that in oil phase, and the acceleration effect was affected by the thermodynamic conditions of water. Under the influence of 蟺-蟺 interaction between aromatic lamellae and good dispersion of SCW, metal-rich heavy aromatics can rapidly aggregate and self-assemble in SCW environment on different scales. The self-assembly behavior of aromatics in SCW depends not only on the thermodynamic state of SCW, but also on the molecular scale of aromatics. The heavy aromatics in each component of heavy oil have larger molecular scale and higher dense ring degree, and coupled with most of the metals contained in heavy oil, because of the strong self-assembly trend in SCW environment, The heaviest aromatics rich in Ni and V are preferentially agglomerated and condensed in SCW. At the same time, the components containing Ni and V were separated from the liquid products prior to the condensation of heavy aromatics. Due to the tendency of aromatics differential coke-like self-assembly the heavy oil cracking in SCW can obtain good metal removal rate and high liquid yield.
