牛心坨油田开发后期稠油冷采工艺研究

【摘要】:牛心坨油田原由含蜡量较高,黏度高和凝固点高,按照油品性质划分在国内属于高凝稠油,受由品自身的特殊性质影响,主要应用热水循环伴热工艺和电加热伴热工艺。随着牛心坨油田的综合含水逐步升高,达到72.6%,已进入高含水期开采阶段,该油田所采用的两项生产工艺已不适合当前开采需要,暴露出的问题日益突出,如能耗大、管理难度大、维护费用高等问题,已经严重制约了该油田的发展和降本增效的进程,因此,实施稠油冷采工艺研究对牛心坨油田的长期开发具有很重要的意义。本文在对牛心坨油田开采工艺原理、现状分析的基础上,通过对油田产出液性质的变化、含水变化、凝固点变化、黏度变化情况进行研究,同时开展大量的室内试验与现场试验,确定牛心坨油田油井实施稠油冷采的可行性及必要性,同时对稠油冷采生产配套工艺方面进行了研究与分析,如井简化学降黏技术、稠油捞油技术、井口提温伴热技术等事方面,通过研究最终确定了以稠油冷采工艺为主,以捞油生产工艺为辅,代替热水循环伴热工艺与电加热伴热工艺,最大限度的降低牛心坨油田的开采成本,为区块开发后期的综合调整、部署奠定基础。
[Abstract]:Niuxintuo oil field is originally characterized by high wax content, high viscosity and high freezing point. It is classified as high condensable heavy oil in China according to the oil properties, which is affected by the special properties of the oil itself. The hot water circulation heat tracing process and the electric heating tracing technology are mainly used in Niuxintuo Oilfield. With the gradual increase of comprehensive water cut in Niuxintuo Oilfield to 72.6, it has entered the stage of high water cut. The two production processes adopted in Niuxintuo Oilfield are no longer suitable for current exploitation needs, and the problems exposed are becoming increasingly prominent, such as high energy consumption. The problems of difficult management and high maintenance cost have seriously restricted the development of the oilfield and the process of reducing cost and increasing efficiency. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out the research of heavy oil cold recovery technology for the long-term development of Niuxintuo Oilfield. Based on the analysis of the principle and present situation of the production technology in Niuxintuo Oilfield, this paper studies the change of the properties of the produced fluid, the change of water cut, the change of freezing point, and the change of viscosity. At the same time, a large number of laboratory tests and field tests were carried out to determine the feasibility and necessity of the cold recovery of heavy oil in Niuxintuo Oilfield well. At the same time, the matching technology of heavy oil cold recovery production was studied and analyzed, such as well simplification and viscosity reduction technology. In the aspects of heavy oil recovery technology and wellhead temperature tracing technology, the cold recovery process of heavy oil is the main process, the production process of heavy oil is supplemented by the production process of heavy oil, instead of hot water circulation heat tracing process and electric heating heat tracing technology, and so on. To reduce the production cost of Niuxintuo oilfield to the maximum extent, and to lay the foundation for the comprehensive adjustment and deployment of the block in the later stage of development.
