微泡钻井液流变性
[Abstract]:In view of the successful application of microbubble drilling fluid in depleted reservoir drilling, the rheological properties and stability of microbubble drilling fluid were studied by experimental test and data analysis. A typical microbubble drilling fluid was prepared and its viscosity was tested at different temperatures. The test data were fitted by power law model, Bingham plastic model and Herschel-Bulkley model, respectively. It is found that the Herschel-Bulkley model can accurately describe the rheology of drilling fluid before and after the formation of microbubbles at different temperatures. According to the results of Herschel-Bulkley model, the shear dilution degree of microbubble drilling fluid is increased with the increase of temperature, and the static shear force and borehole cleaning ability of microbubble drilling fluid are improved after the formation of microbubble, and the performance of microbubble drilling fluid does not weaken obviously at high temperature. The microbubble drilling fluid has high viscosity at low shear rate and can guarantee good pore plugging effect. The growth rate of microbubble size and the liquid precipitation rate in static precipitation experiment can be used as indicators to evaluate the stability of microbubble. The size of microbubble increases slowly and its life is longer with the increase of time, but the liquid precipitation rate is low in static precipitation experiment. It shows that the microbubble drilling fluid has good stability.
