辽河减压渣油含氮化合物的分离与分析
[Abstract]:The nitrogen compounds in Liaohe heavy oil vacuum residue were separated and analyzed by ion exchange resin method. The vacuum residue of Liaohe heavy oil was divided into basic fractions, non-alkaline fractions or acidic fractions and non-acidic fractions by ion exchange resins treated under different conditions, and the alkali-nitrogen of separated components was determined by non-hydropower potentiometric titration, and the distribution of nitride was studied. Determine the appropriate treatment conditions. The results show that the macroporous anion exchange resin prepared by immersion in 0.75 mol / L ~ (-1) Koh solution is the best, and the macroporous cation exchange resin is the best when the volume ratio of HClO _ 4-HAc solution is 7:3. Liaohe heavy oil vacuum residue was further separated into hydrocarbon, neutral and acidic components by using alkaline alumina with water content of 1%, and the distribution of acid and base in each component was determined. It was found that alkali nitrogen content was the highest and acid fraction was secondary in basic component. The amount of alkali nitrogen in neutral fraction is low, and there is almost no alkali nitrogen in hydrocarbons. Finally, the types of nitrogen-containing compounds in each component of vacuum residue of Liaohe heavy oil were qualitatively analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that there were almost no nitrides in hydrocarbons, nitrides of pyrrole and amides in neutral fractions, and nitrogen compounds in vacuum residuals of Liaohe heavy oil. Nitrides of pyrrole and amides are found in acid minute, and pyridines, pyrrole and amides in basic fractions.
