催化汽油中微量砷的脱除

【摘要】:石油中的微量砷主要以有机砷化物的形式存在,在石油化工以及合成氨生产中,很容易与催化剂结合,使汽油催化加氢催化剂、贵金属重整催化剂等永久性中毒。所以,脱砷剂的研究和开发成为了一个很迫切的问题,具有十分重要的科研价值和经济价值。本论文通过查阅大量文献资料,对国内外的脱砷研究进行了介绍,对几类脱砷剂进行了重点描述,同时对脱砷机理也进行了较为详细的介绍。根据实际情况,本文选取了Ni、Cu、Ca等为活性组分,分别以球形和三叶草型氧化铝为载体,用浸渍法制备了一系列脱砷剂,并对其进行了表征,使用氮气吸附法测定了脱砷剂的比表面积、孔体积和孔容,通过XRD表征发现脱砷剂上的活性组分主要是以氧化态的形式存在。通过自制的脱砷评价装置对其进行的脱砷效果评价,Cu基脱砷剂的脱砷效果最好,能够将模拟油中的394μg/kg脱除至20μg/kg以下,脱砷率90%以上。并对以Cu为活性组分的脱砷剂的脱砷工艺进行了重点研究,考察了温度、压力、空速等条件对脱砷性能的影响,得出温度为50-60℃,压力为0.5-1.0MPa,空速为1.0-2.0h-1时,该脱砷剂脱砷效果最佳。在最佳条件下,对不同担载量的Cu脱砷剂进行了脱砷性能评价,得出脱砷率随着担载量的提高而提高,担载量为14%时脱砷效果最佳。本论文还对ST711-3A型脱砷剂进行了研究,通过氮气吸附法测定了其比表面积、孔体积孔径等,通过XRD测得其活性组分为Mn、Cu等。以实际生产用油为原料,使用自制的脱砷评价装置对ST711-3A脱砷剂的脱砷活性和稳定性进行了评价,能够把原料油中的砷从132μg/kg脱除至20μg/kg以下,并且在600h内出口砷含量小于20μg/kg,证明其有较高的脱砷活性和稳定性。此后对ST7111-3A型脱砷剂进行了再生,再生后200h脱砷效果和稳定性良好。
[Abstract]:The trace arsenic in petroleum mainly exists in the form of organic arsenide. In petrochemical industry and ammonia production, it is easy to combine with catalyst and make the catalyst of gasoline catalytic hydrogenation and noble metal reforming permanent poisoning. Therefore, the research and development of arsenic removal agent has become a very urgent problem, and has very important scientific and economic value. In this paper, through consulting a lot of literature, the research on arsenic removal at home and abroad is introduced, several kinds of dearsening agents are described emphatically, and the mechanism of arsenic removal is also introduced in detail. According to the actual situation, a series of arsenic removal agents were prepared by impregnation method and characterized by using spherical alumina and clover alumina as active components. The specific surface area, pore volume and pore volume of arsenic removal agent were determined by nitrogen adsorption method. By XRD characterization, it was found that the active components of arsenic removal agent mainly existed in the form of oxidation state. The arsenic removal effect of Cu-based arsenic removal agent was evaluated by a self-made arsenic removal evaluation device. The arsenic removal efficiency of Cu-based arsenic removal agent was the best, and the removal of 渭 g/kg from simulated oil was below 20 渭 g/kg, and the arsenic removal rate was over 90%.
