旋流分离罐底油泥的工艺研究

【摘要】:石油工业中成品油罐内会产生罐底油泥且逐渐累积,数量较大。不加以合理的处理,会影响油品质量,导致经济效益降低和环境污染。目前采用单锥旋流分离工艺对原油罐油泥分离有了一定的研究,但旋流分离堆积于成品油罐底含细小颗粒的油浆仍处于探索与发展阶段。因此对细微颗粒与油品的旋流分离研究成为了具有潜力的研究方向。本研究在对成品油罐内的油泥进行颗粒粒度实验测定的基础上,明确了旋流分离设备的类型。利用仿真软件进行数值模拟研究,在验证模型正确性的基础上重点研究了双锥旋流分离油泥的流场特点,双锥结构的变化对流场特点的影响及其原因。通过研究发现,旋流设备的大小两锥段的结构特点与速度场,介质分布及压力分布有一定的规律关系,提出了针对细微颗粒与成品油分离时双锥结构的合理建议。最后,综合考虑了旋流分离工艺的结构工艺参数、介质参数、操作参数而采用正交试验手段对两组不同角锥比的旋流分离工艺进行64组试验研究,得到了不同分离指标下的较优工艺参数组合及各个工艺参数对指标影响的强弱关系。本文通过对成品油罐底油泥的旋流分离的研究,为石油工业提供了新的思路与工艺组合方案,这将为石油工业中能源的节约,经济效益的提高做出一定的贡献。
[Abstract]:In the petroleum industry, the sludge at the bottom of the tank will be produced and accumulated gradually, and the quantity will be large. Without reasonable treatment, the quality of oil products will be affected, resulting in the reduction of economic benefits and environmental pollution. At present, the single cone swirl separation process has been used to study the oil sludge separation of the original oil tank, but the slurry with fine particles in the bottom of the finished oil tank is still in the stage of exploration and development. Therefore, the swirl separation of fine particles and oil products has become a potential research direction. On the basis of the particle size measurement of the sludge in the finished oil tank, the type of cyclone separation equipment was determined. On the basis of the correctness of the model, the characteristics of the flow field and the influence of the variation of the two-cone structure on the flow field of the oil sludge separated by the two-cone swirl flow and the reasons for the variation of the two-cone structure are studied by using the simulation software. It is found that the structure characteristics of the two cones in the swirl equipment are related to the velocity field, the distribution of the medium and the pressure distribution, and the reasonable suggestions for the double cone structure when the fine particles are separated from the refined oil are put forward. Finally, 64 groups of swirl separation process with different angle cone ratio were studied by orthogonal test, considering the structure parameters, medium parameters and operation parameters of swirl separation process. The optimal combination of process parameters under different separation indexes and the relationship between the influence of each process parameter on the index were obtained. In this paper, a new idea and process combination scheme is provided for the petroleum industry through the study of the swirl separation of the oil sludge at the bottom of the finished oil tank, which will make a certain contribution to the saving of energy and the improvement of the economic benefit in the petroleum industry.
