文南油田不压井作业防喷泵研制与应用
[Abstract]:The special reservoir characteristics such as abnormal high pressure, high temperature, high gas / oil ratio, low permeability and high saturation pressure in Wennan Oilfield determine the difficulty of reservoir protection and well control. In the middle and late stage of development, the oil well pressure decreases year by year and the proportion of middle and high pressure wells is small. How to seal downhole tools or to design downhole tools that can be switched on and off for plugging is a very urgent research topic in non-well killing operations. In general, tubing plugging devices are used for plugging tubing. After the workover operation is completed, the tubing plugging device is removed and put into production, but for the interjet well or overflow well, the conventional pumping pump has no blowout prevention effect, and the blowout may still occur. For this reason, combining the sucking function of conventional pumping pump and plugging tubing function of plugging device in the operation of starting and lowering tubing string, two schemes of tube-type anti-injection sucker pump and rod-type anti-injection sucker pump are put forward for the first time, from pump diameter, stroke, In the aspects of punching and secondary, the integral technical parameters of the new type of anti-blowout pump are determined, the 3D model of the anti-blowout assembly is established by using Pro/E software, and the finite element calculation of the core barrel and spring seat of the key parts is carried out by using ANSYS software. Through the field application in two wells, Wen 88-59 and Wen 72-184, it has been proved that the blowout prevention pump can not only prevent the blowout when the next pump is put into operation, but also prevent the blowout after putting into production. The purpose of developing pipe blowout preventer pump without well killing is achieved.
