152.4mmPDC钻头研制及在辽河油田潜山地层的应用研究

【摘要】:PDC钻头目前在石油钻井行业中已经得到了广泛的应用,相比于牙轮钻头,PDC钻头在软到中硬的均质地层中具有单只进尺多、机械钻速高,安全可靠的特点,但在极硬地层中,PDC钻头目前还难以完全取代牙轮钻头。辽河油区潜山地层属于典型的极硬地层,主要分为元古界潜山和太古界潜山两大类,地质岩性以混合花岗岩、白云岩以及辉绿岩为主,岩性坚硬,石英含量高,研磨性和冲击性均极高,对PDC钻头复合片破坏很大。本文分析了辽河油区潜山地层的岩性特点,并对极硬地层导致PDC钻头复合片过早损坏的原因进行了分析,通过PDC钻头三维设计、井底受力有限元分析、关键参数优化设计、井底工况模拟钻进分析等技术总结出最适合辽河油区潜山地层的152.4mmPDC钻头为5刀翼16mm复合片,中等后倾角,双排齿的结构特征。通过在辽河油区部分井位潜山层位应用此型号钻头,取得了较理想的效果,有效的解决了PDC钻头在极硬地层中先期崩齿导致钻头报废的难题,实现了极硬地层PDC钻头钻进的可行性。
[Abstract]:The PDC bit has been widely used in the petroleum drilling industry. Compared with the cone bit, the PDC bit has the characteristics of more single ruler, higher mechanical drilling speed and safety and reliability than the cone bit in the soft to medium hard homogeneous formation. However, it is difficult to replace the cone bit completely with PDC bit in extremely hard formation. The buried hill strata in Liaohe oil area belong to the typical very hard strata, which are mainly divided into the Proterozoic buried hill and the Archean buried hill. The geological lithology is mainly composed of mixed granite, dolomite and diabase, and the lithology is hard, and the content of quartz is high. The abrasive and impact properties of the PDC bit are extremely high, and the damage to the PDC bit composite is very great. In this paper, the lithologic characteristics of buried hill formation in Liaohe oil area are analyzed, and the causes of premature damage of PDC bit composite sheet caused by extremely hard formation are analyzed. Through the 3D design of PDC bit, finite element analysis of bottom hole force, optimization of key parameters, The bottom hole simulation drilling analysis and other techniques have concluded that the 152.4mmPDC bit most suitable for buried hill formation in Liaohe oil area is a 5-blade 16mm composite plate with medium back dip angle and double row teeth. Through the application of this type of bit in some buried hill strata of Liaohe oil area, the better effect is obtained, and the problem of PDC bit disappearing in the extreme hard formation is effectively solved. The feasibility of PDC bit drilling in extremely hard formation is realized.
