管道泄漏检测方法研究及系统实现
[Abstract]:With the development of oil, natural gas and other industries, pipeline transportation has become an important mode of transportation in modern industry because of its advantages such as small land occupation, high safety and large transportation. However, due to pipeline corrosion, aging and man-made damage, pipeline leakage often occurs, causing serious environmental pollution and economic damage. The purpose of this paper is to design a pipeline leak detection system, which can accurately locate the location of the leak point in the actual environment. This paper deeply studies the time delay estimation methods used in the leakage detection algorithms, including the generalized cross correlation method and the minimum mean square error adaptive filtering method, and use the simulation signal and the actual tube. The feasibility and accuracy of the two algorithms are analyzed. In the hardware part of the system, the suitable sensors are selected, the signal conditioning module, the data acquisition module and the CPU module are designed respectively. In the system software, the Matlab program of the generalized cross correlation method and the minimum mean square error adaptive filtering method is written, and the soft LabVIEW is used in the system software. The data receiving module, the data processing module, the front display module and the parameter setting module are designed respectively. At the same time, the pipeline data uploaded by the lower computer is used to query and process the historical data. Finally, a set of experimental system is designed on the basis of the existing testing environment. A series of leakage data is used to determine the final detection algorithm of the system and verify the feasibility and correctness of the leak detection system.
