硅藻土对碱矿渣固井工作液性能的影响与作用机理

【摘要】:针对石油钻探上使用碱矿渣作为主要材料配制固井工作液进行固井,存在固化体脆裂和抗压强度不够高的问题,考察了硅藻土对其性能的影响。通过测试未加入硅藻土和加入硅藻土碱矿渣浆体的基本性能,以及不同温度条件下,不同掺量下固化体的抗压强度,研究硅藻土对碱矿渣固井工作液性能的影响;利用XRD和EDS,对硅藻土固化体和空白样进行物性分析,同时通过SEM对固化体微观形貌对比分析,研究硅藻土的作用机理。实验结果表明:适量硅藻土对浆体的基本性能影响甚微,但其对固化体的抗压强度影响较大。与未加入硅藻土的固化体相比,70℃条件下,硅藻土加量为20%时,固化体1 d抗压强度提高103%;90℃条件下,硅藻土加量为20%时,固化体1 d抗压强度提高86%;同时研究表明,硅藻土中含有的非晶SiO_2能在碱溶液中与碱矿渣反应生成更多的凝胶物质,提高了固化体致密程度,有效解决了固化体脆裂问题。
[Abstract]:The effects of diatomite on cementing performance were investigated in view of the problems of solidified body embrittlement and low compressive strength when alkali slag was used as the main material in oil drilling to prepare cementing fluid for well cementing. The influence of diatomite on the cementing fluid of alkali slag was studied by testing the basic properties of the slurry without diatomite and adding diatomite and the compressive strength of the solidified body under different temperature and different dosage. The physical properties of diatomite solidified and blank samples were analyzed by XRD and EDS. The mechanism of diatomite was studied by comparing and analyzing the microstructure of solidified diatomite by SEM. The experimental results show that proper amount of diatomite has little effect on the basic properties of the slurry, but it has a great effect on the compressive strength of the solidified body.
