致密气藏开发井型优选研究

【摘要】:苏里格气田是目前我国探明储量最大的天然气气田,其主力层系石盒子组和山西组的地质储量高达6000×108m3。但是,苏里格气田作为我国致密砂岩气藏的典型代表,其所具有的“低孔、低渗、低丰度、低压、难动用和非均质性强”的特征,严重地制约着该地区天然气的勘探开发。由于在增加泄油/气面积和裂缝钻遇率,最大限度沟通井筒与储层之间的气体流通效果等方面的优势,水平井得到了广泛应用。但随着“甜点”逐渐消耗殆尽、剩余储量孔渗条件差、纵横向上分布复杂、单一水平井型应用效果不好等问题日益凸显,特殊水平井如大位移水平井、多分支水平井和阶梯水平井等井型在苏里格气田运用的可能性需要进一步探讨,从而研究储层和开发井型之间的对应关系。 本文以科研项目“致密气藏开发井型完井方法优化研究”为支撑,开展了苏里格东区开发井型和完井方法的优选研究。在调研现场资料和国内外文献的基础上,首先根据储层分类方法,结合测井解释得到的储层物性参数,对储层进行分类;之后,在工区岩石力学参数实验和测井资料的基础上,建立了苏里格东区的岩石力学参数剖面,通过优选适合于苏里格东区地层压力和地应力的预测模型,建立了地层压力和地应力剖面;然后,基于储层井壁稳定性判断和出砂预测方法的研究以及不同完井方式的地质适应性,对完井方式进行了优化;同时基于以上理论研究和数学模型,利用VB6.0可视化语言,编制了适用于苏里格东区的完井技术优化和评价软件。以此,进行了开发井型地质适应性研究,研究了水平井产能影响因素,结合软件对不同完井方式下的水平井产能进行了评价,实现了苏里格东区开发井型的优选。经与现场实际的对比研究,验证了开发井型和完井方法优化理论的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Sulige gas field is the largest proven natural gas field in China at present. The geological reserves of the main strata Shihezi formation and Shanxi formation are as high as 6000 脳 10 ~ 8m ~ 3. However, as a typical representative of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in China, Sulige gas field has the characteristics of "low porosity, low permeability, low abundance, low pressure, hard to produce and strong heterogeneity", which seriously restricts the exploration and development of natural gas in this area. Horizontal wells have been widely used because of their advantages in increasing oil / gas discharge area and fracture drilling rate and maximizing the gas flow effect between wellbore and reservoir. However, with the gradual depletion of "desserts", poor pore and permeability conditions of remaining reserves, complex vertical and horizontal distribution, and poor application effect of single horizontal wells, special horizontal wells, such as long-reach horizontal wells, have become increasingly prominent. The possibility of the application of multi-branch horizontal well and stepped horizontal well in Sulige gas field needs to be further explored so as to study the corresponding relationship between reservoir and development well type. Based on the scientific research project "study on optimization of well completion method for development of tight gas reservoir", this paper has carried out the research on optimal selection of well type and completion method for development in Sulige East District. Based on the investigation of field data and domestic and foreign literature, the reservoir is classified according to the reservoir classification method and the reservoir physical parameters obtained by log interpretation, and then, on the basis of the rock mechanics parameter experiment and logging data in the working area, The rock mechanics parameter profile of Sulige East District is established, and the formation pressure and in-situ stress profile is established by selecting a prediction model suitable for the Sulige East District formation pressure and ground stress. Based on the research of reservoir wellbore stability judgment, sand production prediction method and geological adaptability of different completion methods, the completion method is optimized, and based on the above theoretical research and mathematical model, VB6.0 visualization language is used. A software for optimization and evaluation of completion technology is developed for Sulige East District. On this basis, the geological adaptability of development wells is studied, the factors influencing productivity of horizontal wells are studied, and the productivity of horizontal wells under different completion modes is evaluated with software to realize the optimal selection of development wells in Sulige East District. The feasibility and effectiveness of the development well type and completion method optimization theory are verified by comparing with the field practice.
