一台LNG低压泵振动分析及维修办法

【摘要】:通过对低压泵结构特点介绍、口环间隙对轴向力和径向力影响的分析以及对低温条件下泵口环间隙和轴套间隙影响的推算,找出了低压泵振动的根源,结合以往大修记录,修订调整了大修的常温配合参数,成功解决了长期以来低压泵的振动问题。
[Abstract]:By introducing the structure characteristics of low-pressure pump, analyzing the influence of the gap of the orifice ring on axial force and radial force, and calculating the influence of the gap of the opening ring of the pump and the clearance of shaft sleeve at low temperature, the source of vibration of the low-pressure pump is found out, and combined with the record of overhauling in the past, The adjustment of the normal temperature matching parameters of the overhaul has successfully solved the vibration problem of the low pressure pump for a long time.
