基于煤系气双管柱分压合采技术的适用性分析

【摘要】:致力于开发煤系气的合采技术是国内现有非常规能源发展的重点。通过对煤系气的地质特征及合采煤系气的产出机理进行分析,采用正确的生产工艺及合理的井下管柱是实现煤系气合采作业的前提条件。通过对双管柱合采技术进行分析,针对上部为煤层,下部为高压产气层的煤系气合采环境,设计出了较为适用的煤系气合采工艺。构造出双管柱合采煤系气结构,并建立了管柱尺寸的选取模型,再通过分析计算管柱是否满足连续生产作业来判定所涉及的双管柱合采技术对于煤系气合采作业的可适用性。分析得出:双管柱合采技术可用于煤系气的合采作业,并依据地质条件,给出了不同尺寸井口条件下煤层最大产水与高压产层最大产气量的关系,对今后更深入的煤系气合采技术研究提供了一定的参考。
[Abstract]:It is the focus of unconventional energy development in China to develop combined production technology of coal measure gas. Based on the analysis of the geological characteristics of coal measure gas and the production mechanism of combined coal measure gas, the correct production technology and reasonable downhole pipe string are the precondition to realize coal measure gas combined production. Based on the analysis of the combined mining technology of double tubing columns, a more suitable coal measure gas combined mining technology is designed in view of the coal-measure gas production environment in which the upper part is coal seam and the lower part is high pressure gas producing bed. The gas structure of coal mining system with double pipe column is constructed, and the model of pipe string size selection is established, and then the applicability of the two pipe column combined mining technology to coal measure gas mining is determined by analyzing and calculating whether the pipe string meets the continuous production operation. According to the geological conditions, the relationship between the maximum water production of coal seam and the maximum gas production of high pressure layer under different sizes of wellhead conditions is given. It provides a certain reference for the further study of coal measures gas recovery technology in the future.
