PR气体状态方程的显式化

【摘要】:基于立方型状态方程形式及数值算法,采用数值计算方法中的牛顿法、线性插值法、二次插值法、多重迭代法进行立方型状态方程的显式化公式推导,将PR气体状态方程进行简化和验证,提出了显式化PR气体状态方程。该方程无需迭代,形式简单,既可以采用手工计算,也可以采用电子表格或任意编程语言计算,明显降低了对化工或油气专业人员计算机编程及数值算法等水平的要求。使用上百组数据对计算结果的精确度和计算时间进行验证,结果表明:与迭代方法相比,显式化PR气体状态方程计算简单,相对误差控制在10-5之内,计算时间仅是迭代算法的1/10,有利于提高天然气管网的模拟计算效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the form of cubic equation of state and numerical algorithm, the explicit formula of cubic equation of state is derived by Newton method, linear interpolation method, quadratic interpolation method and multiple iteration method. The equation of state for PR gas is simplified and verified, and an explicit equation of state for PR gas is proposed. The equation does not need iteration and has a simple form. It can be calculated either by hand or by spreadsheet or arbitrary programming language. The requirement of computer programming and numerical algorithm for chemical engineering or oil and gas professionals is obviously reduced. Hundreds of sets of data are used to verify the accuracy and time of calculation. The results show that the explicit PR gas equation of state is simpler than the iterative method, and the relative error is controlled within 10-5. The computation time is only 1 / 10 of that of the iterative algorithm, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of simulation calculation of natural gas network.
