输油管道设计研究

【摘要】:这篇论文模拟一条输油管道的进行初步设计。通过计算确定出该输油管道的建设、运行的方案和参数。本论文主要涉及经济管径的选取、站址选取、站内设备的选型、运行方案的确定以及管线运行经济效益分析等方面的内容。通过计算得出以下结论:该输油管道为Φ508×8长距离输油管道,全线设有首站,末站,以及两个热站、三个热泵站。设计流程为“从泵到泵”密闭流程输送方式和先炉后泵的输油工艺。采用阴极保护措施防止腐蚀。生产运行过程中输油的运输价格为最敏感因素。
[Abstract]:This paper simulates the preliminary design of an oil pipeline. The construction, operation scheme and parameters of the pipeline are determined by calculation. This paper mainly deals with the selection of economic pipe diameter, site selection, station equipment selection, operation scheme determination and economic benefit analysis of pipeline operation. The conclusions are as follows: the oil pipeline is 桅 508 脳 8 long distance oil pipeline. There are first station, final station, two heat station and three heat pump station on the whole line. The design flow is "from pump to pump" closed flow transportation and oil transportation technology of first furnace and later pump. Cathodic protection measures are used to prevent corrosion. The transportation price of oil transportation is the most sensitive factor in the process of production and operation.
