井口加热炉提效优化方法的分析及论证

【摘要】:加热炉是油气田集输过程中广泛使用的自耗燃料较大的设备之一,为了提高其热效率降低装置能耗、提高经济效益,本文针对新疆某气田井口加热炉,从运行现状以及热效率计算两方面进行分析,得出影响加热炉效率的两大因素:排烟损失以及散热损失,同时提出了提高加热炉热效率的优化方法,并进行了论证。
[Abstract]:Heating furnace is one of the equipments widely used in gathering and transportation of oil and gas field. In order to improve its thermal efficiency, reduce the energy consumption of the unit and increase the economic benefit, this paper aims at the heating furnace at the well head of a gas field in Xinjiang. By analyzing the present operation situation and the calculation of heat efficiency, two major factors affecting the efficiency of heating furnace are obtained: smoke exhaust loss and heat dissipation loss. At the same time, the optimization method to improve the heat efficiency of the furnace is put forward and demonstrated.
