阴离子型泡排剂起泡过程研究方法

【摘要】:注表面活性剂溶液泡沫排水是天然气在开采过程中的常用措施,其起泡性能对于天然气的开采至关重要。在泡沫排水模拟装置上以α-烯烃磺酸盐为例,考察了浓度、流量为参数,探讨了室温下的起泡过程,建立了室温下的模拟起泡动力学方程。采用单因素研究方法,逐一确定动力学方程的参数,最终得到模拟起泡动力学方程。这为该类表面活性剂起泡过程的研究提供了一种可行的方法。
[Abstract]:Foam drainage with surfactant solution is a common measure in natural gas exploitation, and its foaming performance is very important for natural gas exploitation. Taking 伪 -olefin sulfonate as an example, the foaming process at room temperature was discussed and the dynamic equation of simulated foaming at room temperature was established by investigating the concentration and flow rate of 伪 -olefin sulfonate in a foam drainage simulator. The parameters of the kinetic equation were determined one by using the single factor study method, and the simulation foaming kinetics equation was finally obtained. This provides a feasible method for the study of the foaming process of these surfactants.
