江汉油田钟市联合站高效低温破乳剂的筛选及现场工艺改进

【摘要】:由于外来稠油的混入,使得江汉油田钟市联合站原油破乳效果变差。考察了40~70℃条件下,13种市售破乳剂与现场破乳剂FT-1032的破乳效果,并用界面张力仪和凝胶渗透色谱仪对破乳剂进行了表征及作用机理分析。实验结果表明在评价温度范围内破乳剂YT-31、JL-65、TK-21的效果较好,且优于现场使用的破乳剂。为了获得更好的破乳效果,将以上三种破乳剂两两复配筛选,得到了TK-21/JL-65(质量比)=4∶1的复合破乳剂最优配方。针对现场温度波动情况,对不同温度下破乳剂的加剂量进行了优化,优化后的破乳剂质量浓度为C_(40℃)=50mg/L,C_(50℃)=40mg/L,C_(60℃)=25mg/L,C_(70℃)=20mg/L。现场试验结果表明,10d的原油含水率都小于0.5%,破乳效果较好。
