非加氢工艺脱除环烷基馏分油中的多环芳烃化合物

【摘要】:采用溶剂萃取-酸碱精制的非加氢联合工艺脱除环烷基馏分油中的多环芳烃化合物(PCA)。对萃取剂的选择、分离操作条件和酸碱溶液用量对脱除效果的影响进行了考察;利用FTIR对油品结构进行表征;对实验过程产生的酸渣、碱渣和废液的利用及处理进行了讨论。实验结果表明,最佳条件为以N-甲基吡咯烷酮为溶剂,在剂油质量比为2,萃取温度为45℃的条件下,对原料油进行萃取,PCA含量由12.72%(w)降至3.76%(w);再用2%(w)的浓H_2SO_4溶液和2%(w)的NaOH溶液精制抽余油,此时精制油收率为41.71%,PCA含量为0.79%(w),总脱除率高达93.79%。
