钻井用高效防硫剂的研究

【摘要】:在钻井过程中,当钻头接触到气层时,气层中的硫化氢气体会随泥浆溢出。因硫化氢具有强烈腐蚀性,钻头及钻杆会受到腐蚀,影响钻井效率且减少其使用时间,泥浆也会因硫化氢的混入而或多或少的变质。当硫化氢气体随泥浆溢出地面后,会逸散到空气中,对周边环境造成污染。在当今,处理钻井过程中硫化氢影响的技术不够成熟,使得存在处理不干净或成本太高,钻井过程中经常出现因硫化氢而带来的事故。因此,研究出一种能够在钻井过程中高效地处理硫化氢的防硫剂,是迫切需求的。 针对此问题,实验室合成了一种新型防硫剂YLL-1,并对其合成条件进行了优化,研究了该防硫剂的腐蚀性。实验室对防硫剂YLL-1的除硫效率进行了研究,通过与现今常用防硫剂碱式碳酸锌和甲基二乙醇胺对比实验,判定防硫剂YLL-1的除硫效率。通过温度、pH、浓度对该防硫剂除硫效率的影响实验及几种助剂对防硫剂除硫效率的影响实验,判定防硫剂YLL-1的除硫效率。 经过长时间的研究,主要得出防硫剂YLL-1腐蚀性低;相对于防硫剂碱式碳酸锌与甲基二乙醇胺,防硫剂YLL-1的硫容较高,常温下条件下10%防硫剂YLL-1的硫容达到0.7%左右;耐温性强,在10℃~80℃温度下,能保持其除硫性能;pH对其影响较大,酸性条件下,可能使其失效,碱性越强,除硫能力越强;助剂四硼酸钠与碳酸钾对防硫剂YLL-1的除硫效率有促进作用,助剂浓度越高,防硫剂除硫性能越好。 本课题主要针对钻井而研究。将所研究的防硫剂添加到钻井液中,使其随钻井液的流动进入到含硫化氢气层。在硫化氢溢出到钻井液中的过程时,防硫剂将其吸收,减小其对钻具及泥浆的腐蚀。
[Abstract]:During drilling, the hydrogen sulfide gas in the gas reservoir will overflow with the mud when the bit touches the gas layer. Because of the strong corrosion of hydrogen sulfide, bit and drill pipe will be corroded, which will affect the drilling efficiency and reduce its service time, and the mud will be more or less deteriorated by the mixing of hydrogen sulfide. When hydrogen sulfide overflows over the ground with mud, it dissipates into the air and pollutes the surrounding environment. Nowadays, the technology to deal with the influence of hydrogen sulfide in drilling process is not mature enough, which makes the treatment unclean or too high cost, and the accidents caused by hydrogen sulfide often occur in the drilling process. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a sulfur inhibitor which can efficiently treat hydrogen sulfide during drilling. In order to solve this problem, a new sulfur inhibitor, YLL-1, was synthesized in laboratory and its synthesis conditions were optimized. The desulphurization efficiency of YLL-1 was studied in the laboratory. The sulfur removal efficiency of YLL-1 was determined by comparing it with basic zinc carbonate and methyl diethanolamine. The effect of temperature, pH and concentration on the sulfur removal efficiency of the antisulfur agent and the effect of several additives on the sulfur removal efficiency of the sulfur repellent were studied. The sulfur removal efficiency of the sulfur repellent YLL-1 was determined. After a long period of study, it is mainly concluded that the corrosion of YLL-1 is low, the sulfur capacity of YLL-1 is higher than that of basic zinc carbonate and methyl diethanolamine, and the sulfur capacity of 10% YLL-1 is about 0.7% at room temperature.
