辽河油田杜66块火驱调剖封窜技术研究与应用

【摘要】:辽河油田杜66块火驱开发进程的不断深入的过程中,受井网井距、沉积相、储层非均质性、采出状况等因素的影响,火驱见效差异较大。由于火线推进不均,部分生产井单方向受效,影响了火驱区块整体开发效果。为提高低渗透层动用程度,防止火线单向突进,改善火驱井组整体开发效果。本文提出在杜66块火驱注气井和生产井上实施双向调控:在注气井上实施注气井调剖技术,利用泡沫的高视粘度和贾敏效应,增加大孔道的气体流动阻力,迫使气流转向,达到调整储层纵向剖面的目的。在生产井上开展复合段塞化学封窜技术研究,利用强凝胶堵剂的流动性能和耐高温封口剂的封堵强度,以小排量注入,远距离封堵为技术思路,防控火线单向突进,改善火驱井组整体开发效果。本文分析和研究了杜66块火驱注气井调剖技术,并从中选择了适合应用于杜66块火驱注气井调剖技术的发泡剂,并对该发泡剂的发泡性能、稳泡性能及封堵性能进行评价。研究了目前适用于杜66块火驱生产井气窜封堵方法,采用复合段塞封堵体系,根据火驱生产井温度分布特点,采用强凝胶堵剂+耐高温无机凝胶调剖剂或者强凝胶堵剂+耐高温封窜剂组合,主要根据措施井井况的不同选择不同的封窜剂体系。并对强凝胶堵剂、耐高温无机凝胶调剖剂、耐高温封窜剂的性能进行评价。通过现场应用证明,杜66块火驱调窜封堵技术,纵向上提高了低渗透层动用程度,平面上扩大了注入空气有效波及体积,对火线均匀推进起积极作用。
[Abstract]:In the process of continuous development of fire drive in Block du 66 in Liaohe Oilfield, the effect of fire flooding is quite different due to the influence of well spacing, sedimentary facies, reservoir heterogeneity, production condition, and so on. Due to uneven advance of fire line, one-way effect of some production wells is affected, which affects the overall development effect of fire flooding block. In order to improve the production degree of low permeability layer, prevent the one way advance of fire line and improve the overall development effect of fire flooding well group. In this paper, it is proposed that bidirectional control should be carried out in the fire drive gas injection wells and production wells in block du 66. The profile control technology of the gas injection wells in the gas injection wells can increase the gas flow resistance of the large pore channels and force the gas flow to turn by using the high apparent viscosity and the Jia Min effect of the foam. The purpose of adjusting the reservoir longitudinal profile is achieved. The chemical channeling technology of compound slug is studied in production well. By using the fluidity of strong gel plugging agent and the sealing strength of high temperature sealing agent, taking small displacement injection and long distance plugging as the technical train of thought, the fire prevention and control line will break out in one direction. Improve the overall development effect of fire flooding group. In this paper, the profile control technology of fire flooding gas injection wells in block du 66 is analyzed and studied, and the foaming agent suitable for profile control technology of fire flooding gas injection wells in block du 66 is selected, and the foaming performance, foaming stability and plugging performance of the foaming agent are evaluated. This paper studies the gas channeling plugging method used in the production wells of block du 66 fire drive, adopts the compound slug plugging system, and according to the characteristics of temperature distribution in the production wells of fire drive. The combination of strong gel plugging agent high temperature resistance inorganic gel profile control agent or strong gel plugging agent high temperature resistance channeling sealing agent was used to select different channeling sealing agent system according to different well conditions. The properties of strong gel plugging agent, high temperature inorganic gel profile control agent and high temperature channeling sealing agent were evaluated. It is proved by the field application that the plugging and channeling technology of fire drive in block du 66 has increased the production degree of low permeability layer vertically, expanded the effective sweep volume of injected air on the plane, and played a positive role in the even advance of fire line.
