X80钢级长输管线自动焊接技术探讨

【摘要】:为满足新疆煤制气外输管道工程对焊接质量的需求,初步分析了几种自动焊接工艺组合的适用性,综合考虑工艺、设备、施工工序三方面因素,推荐使用全位置的自动焊接工艺。将国外两个全位置自动焊系统CRC-EVANS和SERIMAX(DASA)与我国某研究院自主研发的CPP900系列自动焊系统进行对比研究表明:CRC-EVANS机组技术较为成熟;SERIMAX的SATURNAX05机组所需配置工作站数量少,机组的购置费用相对较低;CPP900系统生产厂家免费提供人员培训和技术支持,后期设备维护较为方便。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of welding quality in Xinjiang coal gas pipeline engineering, the applicability of several kinds of automatic welding process combination is analyzed preliminarily, and three factors, including technology, equipment and construction procedure, are considered synthetically. All-position automatic welding process is recommended. The comparison of two foreign full-position automatic welding systems (CRC-EVANS and SERIMAX (DASA) with the CPP900 series automatic welding system developed by a research institute in China shows that the number of workstations needed for the SATURNAX05 unit of the CPP900 unit is less than that of the SATURNAX05 unit with mature technology of the special CRC-EVANS unit. The purchase cost of the unit is relatively low. The manufacturers of CPP900 system provide training and technical support free of charge, and the equipment maintenance is convenient in the later period.
