曙光油田杜66断块区常规火驱配套地面工程设计

【摘要】:杜66区块火驱先导试验井组有明显增油效果,相对蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驱、热水驱等转换试验,火驱试验取得很好的开发效果,火驱是目前杜66块最有潜力且可操作的开发方式。针对曙光油田杜66断块区常规火驱配套地面工程技术问题进行研究设计,选择合适的配套设备和实施方案,提出科学合理的地面工程建设方案和先进成熟、可靠适用的技术方案,为杜66断块区建成集空气注入、尾气处理及利用、含水原油集输及处理、污水处理回用等生产设施为一体的稠油火驱试验基地提供技术支持。增加收采效率,节能降耗、降低生产成本,满足生产需求。1)对曙光油田杜66断块区常规火驱配套地面设备进行分析,说明现有配套设备情况;2)根据设计要求、设备现状和生产要求,确定配套工程方案;3)依据设计规范和设计参数,进行火驱工艺相关设备的计算和选取;4)分析此项目火驱配套地面工程的技术优势,为辽河油田其他区块的火驱工程提供参考。通过对杜66断块区常规火驱地面工程的研究设计,提出科学合理的地面工程建设方案和先进成熟、可靠适用的技术方案,为杜66断块区建成集空气注入、尾气处理及利用、含水原油集输及处理、污水处理回用等生产设施为一体的稠油火驱试验基地提供技术支持。同时完成投资费用最小,经济效益最高;实现杜66断块区火驱规模141个井组,预计阶段开发18年,最高年产油38.4万吨,阶段累计产油524.3万吨,最终采收率可达55.2%。同时兼对其他相关的环境、安全、消防和节能等设施进行必要的改造,以使整个配套系统能够高效、安全、稳定地运行。
[Abstract]:The pilot well group of fire drive in Du66 block has obvious effect of increasing oil production. Compared with steam huff and puff, steam drive, hot water drive and other conversion tests, fire drive test has achieved very good development effect. Fire drive is the most potential and operable development method for du 66 block at present. In view of the technical problems of conventional fire drive supporting surface engineering in Du66 fault block area of Shuguang Oilfield, this paper studies and designs the technical problems of conventional fire flooding, selects suitable matching equipment and implementation scheme, and puts forward scientific and reasonable ground engineering construction scheme and advanced maturity. The reliable and applicable technical scheme provides technical support for the construction of heavy oil fire drive test base in Du66 fault block area which integrates air injection, tail gas treatment and utilization, gathering, transportation and treatment of water-cut crude oil, and sewage treatment and reuse. Increase recovery efficiency, save energy and reduce consumption, reduce production cost, meet production demand .1) analyze the ground equipment of conventional fire drive in Du66 fault block area of Shuguang Oilfield, and explain the existing supporting equipment situation according to the design requirements, According to the design specifications and design parameters, the calculation and selection of related equipment for fire drive technology are carried out. 4) the technical advantages of this project are analyzed. It provides reference for fire flooding engineering in other blocks of Liaohe Oilfield. Based on the research and design of conventional fire drive ground engineering in Du66 fault block area, a scientific and reasonable ground engineering construction scheme and advanced, mature, reliable and applicable technical scheme are put forward, which can provide air collection, tail gas treatment and utilization for du 66 fault block area. The heavy oil flooding test base, which integrates production facilities such as gathering, transportation and treatment of water cut crude oil and sewage treatment and reuse, provides technical support. At the same time, the investment cost is minimum and the economic benefit is the highest, and the scale of fire flooding in Du66 fault block area is 141 well groups, which is expected to be developed for 18 years, with a maximum annual oil production of 384000 tons, a cumulative oil production of 5.243 million tons in the stage, and a final recovery of 55.2 tons. At the same time, the necessary modification of other related environment, safety, fire protection and energy saving facilities is carried out to make the whole supporting system run efficiently, safely and stably.
