国内外水平井压裂滑套技术研究进展

【摘要】:套管滑套压裂技术是近几年发展起来的一种水平井储层改造方法,该技术不需要下套管固井、射孔等操作。通过对国内外压裂技术调研分析,发现国内外压裂滑套技术采用特殊工具(球、飞镖、HBA)或者使用连续油管和井下工具打开滑套,进行加压,实现地层压裂,改善地层的渗透率、孔隙度,提高采收率。介绍了国外各公司现阶段的压裂滑套产品,并分析了各压裂工具的结构、工作原理,对比其优缺点。针对国内现阶段的压裂滑套技术的不足指出了现阶段压裂滑套的研究重点和发展方向。
[Abstract]:Casing sliding casing fracturing technology is a kind of horizontal well reservoir reconstruction method developed in recent years. This technology does not need casing cementing, perforation and other operations. Through investigation and analysis of fracturing technology at home and abroad, it is found that special tools (ball, dart HBA) or continuous tubing and downhole tools are used in fracturing skidding technology at home and abroad to open sliding casing, carry out pressure, realize formation fracturing, and improve formation permeability.
