微生物固定化法降解含油废水研究

【摘要】:在相同的环境条件下,研究以聚乙烯醇(PVA)与海藻酸钠(SA)以及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)与海藻酸钠为材料制成的固定化微生物小球对水中石油的降解效果.结果表明;在七天的培养实验中,以PVA为主要材料制成的固定化微生物小球对石油的降解率为80.09%;以PAM为主要材料对石油的降解率为74.40%.以聚乙烯醇与海藻酸钠制成的微生物小球对石油的降解效果要优于聚丙烯酰胺与海藻酸钠.
[Abstract]:Under the same environmental conditions, the biodegradation of petroleum in water by immobilized microbe pellets made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sodium alginate (SA) and polyacrylamide (PAM) and alginate (sodium alginate) was studied. The results showed that the degradation rate of petroleum by immobilized microbe pellets made of PVA was 80.09 and that of oil by PAM was 74.40 in the 7-day culture experiment. The biodegradation effect of microbe pellets made of polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate is better than that of polyacrylamide and sodium alginate.
