超声波辅助强氧化剂解除凝胶堵塞实验研究

【摘要】:研究了超声波辅助强氧化剂对Cr~(3+)/HPAM凝胶体系解堵降粘的效果及机理。结果表明,超声波处理后,凝胶的降粘率可达99.95%,与强氧化剂单独降解相比,凝胶的交联节点更为疏松,空间层状密集结构受到了更严重的破坏,且Cr(Ⅲ)低聚物单体与聚丙烯酰胺单体显著增多,聚集体明显减少。模拟驱替实验中,超声波辅助强氧化剂解除凝胶堵塞作用明显,渗透率恢复率达到38.9%,超声波与强氧化剂间的协同作用对凝胶降解促进明显,具有实用性意义。
