南一油库储运设施风险因素辨识及风险评估技术研究

【摘要】：风险因素是指能增加风险事故严重程度或发生频率的事件,风险评估则是量化测评这些事件可能引发的后果或损失程度。本文以南一油库为评估对象,将其划分为若干单元,分析每个单元存在的风险因素。介绍了安全检查表法、预先危险性分析法、故障树分析法和道化学火灾、爆炸指数法的目的、特点和具体步骤,并分别用以上四种方法针对不同的工艺单元、不同类型的风险因素进行定性和定量的风险评估。最后分析评估的结果,得到需重点防范的有害因素,并提出相应的对策和补偿措施,使系统达到安全。
[Abstract]:Risk factors are events that can increase the severity or frequency of risk accidents, and risk assessment is the quantitative evaluation of the possible consequences or losses caused by these events. In this paper, Nanyi oil depot is divided into several units, and the risk factors of each unit are analyzed. This paper introduces the purpose, characteristics and concrete steps of safety inspection table method, advance hazard analysis method, fault tree analysis method and road chemical fire and explosion index method. Different types of risk factors are assessed qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, the results of the evaluation are analyzed, and the harmful factors which need to be prevented are obtained, and the corresponding countermeasures and compensatory measures are put forward to make the system safe.
