濮城油田封窜堵漏体系的研究与应用

【摘要】:经过30多年的开发,由于强采强注,地层经长期的注水冲刷,形成大孔道,以及因固井质量、射孔、作业和油水井管理不当等因素造成套管外水泥环破坏,造成的层间窜通,严重影响濮城油田油水井的正常生产。常用的水泥类和树脂类封窜堵漏剂凝固前容易漏失,不能有效驻留在封堵层位;而树脂类封窜堵漏剂的耐高温性能较差;另外常规油水井封窜堵漏的处理方法在施工中堵剂用量很难把握;同时,由于浆体流变性好、悬浮性差,和地层的“粘接性”不好,稠化时间短,初凝时间长,脆性大,堵剂进入封堵层后,凝固前很容易漏失和沉淀,使封堵一次成功率低。针对濮城油田及现有堵剂存在的问题,研制开发了触变性封堵体系,该堵剂具有较好的触变性和“直角稠化”特性,能够很好的解决现有堵剂存在的问题。根据濮城油田高温高矿化度的储层条件,设计了体系中主剂和助剂的用量,通过一系列的试验研究体系中主剂和助剂用量对堵剂稠化时间、抗压强度、触变性、流变性等性能的影响,并确定了变性封堵剂的理想配方组成为:W/C=1:1.4+浆体悬浮剂10%~15%+胶凝固化剂1%~3%+触变调节剂0.3%~0.5%+低温促凝剂2.5%~3.5%(40~60℃添加)+FH高温复合缓凝剂2.0%~3.0%(120℃~130℃添加)。为了满足现场的要求,对体系的抗盐性能(与地层的配伍性)、不同温度下堵剂的固化时间及抗压强度、触变性、悬浮性、高压失水、“直角稠化”性能、封堵性能及模拟现场注入过程稠化试验等进行了评价,并进行了现场应用,证明触变性封堵剂可有效提高封堵成功率和有效期,而且工艺简单、施工周期短,比常规的大修工艺节约成本约40%~50%,综合各方面因素,最终产出比在1:3以上。

At the same time, due to good rheological properties of slurry, poor suspension, poor "adhesion" to the formation, short thickening time, long initial setting time, and large brittleness, When the plugging agent enters the plugging layer, it is easy to leak and precipitate before solidification, which makes the success rate of plugging one time low. A thixotropic plugging system was developed for Pucheng Oilfield and its existing plugging agent. The plugging agent has better thixotropy and "right-angle thickening" characteristics, which can solve the existing plugging agent problems well. According to the reservoir conditions of high temperature and high salinity in Pucheng Oilfield, the dosage of main agent and auxiliary agent in the system is designed. Through a series of experiments, the thickening time, compressive strength, thixotropy of plugging agent are studied. The effect of rheology and other properties on the rheological properties was determined. The ideal composition of the modified plugging agent was determined as 10% W / C 1: 1.4 slurry suspending agent 10 ~ 15% cementing agent 1 ~ 3% thixotropic modifier 0.33% 0. 35% low temperature accelerator 2.5% (40 ~ 60 鈩,
