原油泵振动故障原因分析及改进

【摘要】:针对某石化企业炼油装置原油输送双吸泵振动严重超标,严重影响企业安全的问题,对原油泵振动原因进行了分析研究,具有一定的理论意义和较大的工程实用价值。通过双吸泵工作现场的勘察、振动测点的选择、泵工作状态下振动测试,并利用专用仪器对双吸泵的振动信号进行了频谱分析。结合振动信号频谱分析结果,对引起双吸泵振动的原因进行了详细分析,同时考查了变负荷条件下,双吸泵的振动变化情况,找出了引起双吸泵振动超标的主要原因。结合实际对不同泵组分别给出了不同的检修方案和改造措施。方案和改造措施实施后,对双吸泵组的振动再次进行了测试。结果表明,泵组的振动明显减小,已达到泵振动的相关控制标准,满足长期安全运转的振动条件,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the vibration of the crude oil conveying double suction pump in a petrochemical enterprise is seriously exceeding the standard and seriously affecting the safety of the enterprise, the causes of the vibration of the original oil pump are analyzed and studied, which has certain theoretical significance and great engineering practical value. Through the field investigation of double suction pump, the selection of vibration measuring points, the vibration test under the pump working state, and the frequency spectrum analysis of the vibration signal of double suction pump with special instrument. Combined with the results of frequency spectrum analysis of vibration signals, the causes of vibration of double suction pumps are analyzed in detail. At the same time, the vibration changes of double suction pumps under variable load conditions are investigated, and the main causes of vibration exceeding the standard of double suction pumps are found out. Combined with practice, different overhaul schemes and revamping measures are given for different pump groups. The vibration of the double suction pump group was tested again after the implementation of the scheme and the retrofitting measures. The results show that the vibration of the pump group is obviously reduced, which has reached the relevant control standard of the pump vibration and satisfied the vibration conditions of long-term safe operation, and achieved good results.
